Trauma-sensitive practices and Self-Care:
This training will focus on using trauma-sensitive and self-care practices in the classroom, workplace and at home. This will be an interactive session in which teachers and staff will have the opportunity to reconnect with previous learning on trauma and the brain and practice and develop self-regulation and self-care practices.
